I feel I have great support in finding a suitable next assignment, that both fits my current focus and what I want to work with next. 
At Annevo, I find that it’s more about letting the employee grow through their own choices and preferences rather than leveraging roles and hierarchies. 

We both have great ambition and skills among us, and even if it’s a challenge to share these skills cross-assignment, I’ve had great success in my past teams organizing “dev-fikas” (developers + tech + coffee). 

In this forum, we can share any newfound technology or if we’ve discovered a more efficient way of doing something that was tedious in the past. By sharing these new ways, we invigorate each other with new ideas and perspectives. This breeds a better product, and in turn, a happier client.

I feel that Annevo is a great place to work. Everyone is kind and the culture is inclusive. I’ve never worked at a place where the entire company feels so homogeneous and diverse at the same time. Social activities are also well thought out and always a joy to attend. (Says an introvert.)
