My fellow Annevo co-workers define and embody my mission. They are a constant factor, while the assignments from the client may vary.
It’s very satisfying when the customer is happy with your performance. My impression is that my skills are appreciated and that we as a team have a high degree of autonomy, which I appreciate.

I believe the most appealing reasons to join Annevo are the social aspects of the community, the fact that every day has an easy-going feel to it, and that Annevo is very responsive when it comes to individualizing the mission for every employee. In my opinion, this is quite rare.

These are also the main reasons for me to stay within the organization indefinitely.
