I was struck by the care for the individual at the company. Despite me joining during the pandemic, I felt included in the community and was invited to different digital events. I clearly could sense a strive from the organization to keep up good communication.

I find it very positive that the company chooses to invest in different local start-ups through the affiliate Annevo Startup Studio. Among the projects, there are colleagues that had their ideas kick-started into reality. I find that very inspiring!

I think Annevo is a pleasant and secure workplace, where I'm supported to gain progress in my career, and also affect my next assignment as a consultant.

I consider Annevo my helping hand, on my mission to gain personal development and to perform at the highest level at my current assignment. This allows me to invest in Annevo as a long-term employer.

I believe there are good possibilities to influence the workplace of Annevo. I was part of a team supporting the management myself, representing the voice of the coworkers in many important decisions of the company's future.

Also, through different internal groups and communities, colleagues are encouraged to exchange ideas with the management, in order to highlight the vision of the employees. To me, it's important to feel that your voice matters, and at Annevo I believe it does.
